Welcome!

In 2021, we initiated a project to run grape disease model(s) and deliver the results to grape growers. Unlike the models using weather stations, growers can access the information without purchasing a weather station or relying on nearby weather stations which may be quite a distance away from their vineyards. As of August 2023, we are working on grape downy mildew risk assessment tool using an open-source weather service and R language.

The target audience can be global, but at this point, we are focusing on growers in the south of Virginia, USA and Japan due to the limitation of the funding. If you are interested in joining us, please use this form.
